    Amazing property. Kitchen and bathroom are really nice. The location is ideal for food and travel.

    The floor being concrete means it is has a slight echo Locating the property is a little confusing at first but easy to get used too.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Ausserdem war der Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert.

    Die Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht optimal gelöst. Man muss den Schlüssel an einer anderen Adresse abholen und nach verlassen der Wohnung auch wieder dort zurückbringen. Ausserdem war die Mattratze äusserst hart, vergleichbar mit auf dem Boden schlafen. Schlecht war auch, dass der Duschabfluss nach wenigen Minuten bereits überlaufen ist, das Wasser übergelaufen ist. Ausserdem hat die Terrasse nicht wirklich zum Verweilen eingeladen, und auch sonst war die Wohnung recht karg, für unsere Ansprüche sehr ungemütlich. Natürlich bewerten wir hier auch gerade in Bezug auf Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

    Fantastic apartment in a great location.

    The apartment's fantastic - really well designed, and in a great building / courtyard. The thing we liked most though was the location. It's at most a 10 minute walk on one road from san Giovanni train station, and is located in what seemed to be the main square in Como. In spite of this, noise was not an issue.
