    Spacious and convenient location for a few days in Como

    The host was very pleasant, helpful and accessible when required. I was given a list of local recommendations which was useful. The location was great, close to some good restaurants/shopping and less than 10 mins walk to ferry port. The apartment was quiet despite being in a fairly busy area. It was so nice to have the extra space of an apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine after nearly 3 weeks of travelling in cramped hotels. It was good having the option of both a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Very organised recycling system in kitchen. Good modern apartment and plumbing despite being in an older (lovely) building. Easy check in and check out process. Thankyou.

    These are only individual preferences, not complaints - The bed was a little saggy in the middle which made it a bit uncomfortable at times, but some people may like it. It would be handy to have a microwave in kitchen (apologies if there was one, I never found it). The wifi was slow/dropped out at times but this was not too problematic as I could use my data if needed. I say this for all European accommodation - a little shelf in shower would be so handy to place our shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles :) I noticed one of the doors to close off the bedroom from living area was broken and placed in cupboard - I assume this will be fixed when possible as it would be good to close off the bedroom from the living space if multiple people were staying. As mentioned above, none of these things are major complaints and I would stay again.
