    Cracked windows for ventilation is a ludicrous idea in 15 degree weather.

    The furnishings were nice. We liked the off-street parking. The neighborhood was lovely with cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

    The place was clean but we found a condom wrapper on the bedroom floor when we arrived which was gross. The A/C unit is in the living area and it was not powerful enough to sufficiently cool the bedroom. The host did provide an oscillating fan and we were comfortable but the outside temperatures were in the 70’s and 80’s during our stay.
