To use the property's free shuttle from JR Iwamuro Station or JR Yahiko Station, please make a reservation in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests can request to stay in a room with free wired internet (subject to availability). Please note that no Japanese-Style Superior Rooms have internet access. If children under 6 years old wish to have meals at the property, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance (extra fees apply).
