  Not worth money paid for

  Rooms were big and spacious, staff was courteous. Cart was good to move around the property

  One of the very few resorts that has all the potential to be a fine property, but unfortunately fails you in almost every direction and ends up being a very below-average experience. The rooms are Maharaja-sized—spaciousness is certainly not an issue. Unfortunately, almost everything else feels run-down and poorly maintained. At check-in, we found lizards in the room. The refrigerator was so dirty and smelly that it had to be replaced. When the replacement finally arrived, it was simply placed on top of a shelf, which hardly felt like a proper solution. The basic room amenities were also poorly managed. Toiletries were missing, there was no dental kit, and even the shower gel was limited. Initially, I assumed these were simply not provided. Strangely, by the next day, some of the missing items appeared. The service experience was equally disjointed. Order something from room service and the dish arrives first, followed separately by the cutlery and then the glasses. It may sound like a small thing, but these repeated lapses make the entire experience feel uncoordinated. Breakfast was another disappointment. At 9:00 AM—half an hour after the stated start time—the staff were still setting up the breakfast section. There were cereals but no bowls, and when we asked for them, it took almost ten minutes for someone to find them. Although the buffet table mentioned both hot and cold milk, no cold milk was available. The food itself was largely average. The one standout was the kachori, which was genuinely excellent. The property outside the rooms was equally disappointing, with the surroundings being very slushy and poorly maintained. One positive deserves mention: the staff were clearly working very hard and were polite and willing to help. The problem seemed less about the effort of the people and more about the property being seriously understaffed and lacking proper systems and supervision. Even room cleaning reflected this lack of attention to detail.

  The location is extremely beautiful and the rooms are nice and clean

  The room service is very slow while the food and all is good. There villa rooms have one AC which is not enough citing the size of the villa so in summers it feels really hot.
