  Location is beachfront,walking distance to stores.

  The hoster she has a lack of communication,if you sent an email she doesn't reply, she's not professional or fit enough to run this business😡.I booked the Hotel three weeks before,and I asked for early check in they refused,through call 📞and she said that their Check in time is 14h00,then I told them 'OK I will arrive there exactly 14h00'.Two days before I send an email to remind them that I will arrive there exactly 14h00,so that they could be ready to prepare everything in order,The hoster didn't bother by replying me or calling me☎️😡. The day of my arrival I was very disappointed and angry😡💔because of I arrived there exactly 14h00,Nothing was ready we waited over an hour for our check in😡😡.The Security guy lies to us that ,The hoster is here upstairs and she's almost done preparing our Hotel💔.Then boom The lady who is the hoster arrived after an hour from outside meaning she was not even upstairs preparing😡💔.She apologize about that but apology was not enough,her reason was' she's coming from a funeral'..and you can see that she's not honest😡😡..and what I hate most is that I paid full price with no discount for two nights.They don't respect us or maybe is because of we are coming very far from Pretoria, we don't speak zulu💔💔.That giant security who lies to us about the hoster dissappear,immediately when the hoster arrived,Seems like they've been trained to lies to customers😤😤. According to my experience at Shaka Shores Hotel,I will never ever book that Hotel again I'm very disappointed😡💔.The Hoster Mbali Ngidi you must learn Customer Service, don't takes us for granted and disrespect us as guests,coz we are the one who bring business.What I hate most is If you want to bath🛁 and you switch on geyser, they cut off power from your Hotel only.
