    Das Hotel überzeugt mit äußerst freundlichem Personal, hervorragendem Service und einer gepflegten Anlage.

    Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Pool, die großzügige Villa und das äußerst freundliche Personal.

    Weniger positiv war das Badezimmer, das etwas veraltet wirkte.

    The villa was beautiful. We left something behind, which they were kind enough to send to our next accomodation,

    They put us in a villa we did not book because of lack of availability.....we had done our booking 10 months before our stay so this seems unexpected to say the least. They didn't tell us either, they just gave us a different villa. Initially their solution was to give us an extra bed but this could only be placed in a non-airconditioned room as well as a discount of 1.5 euro per person on breakfast, which was ridiculous. After complaining they moved us to the correct one the next day, and gave us free breakfast but it wasn't dealt with in the best way. We had pre-ordered a shuttle but early in the morning to the main reception area because we had an excursion and this didn't show up. In addition the food we ordered for room service on 2 occasions was cold when it arrived, we complained after the first time, they guaranteed us hot food the next time and it was still cold. For the money spend I would pick a different place to stay next time.

    Hele ruime nette kamer, soort hotel kamer maar dan in de vorm van een huisje. Heel vriendelijk personeel, heel uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Aanrader!
