This place offers outstanding value for money, only 400m from People's Square metro
Communication from Eris was absolutely outstanding before, during and after our stay.

Handy apartment near Peoples Park
Neat little apartment a short walk to the Peoples Park Metro. Clean with all the basics provided (shampoo, conditioner, washing machine and detergent, kitchen equipment, microwave). Aircon works great and there is a lift to get the the 14th floor!
Be aware the bed is very firm.

Comfortable and warm, next time I come to Shanghai, I will choose to live here.
A homestay full of experience! Service, health, facilities are not to say! The room was very comfortable and functional, as comfortable as at home~ The location of the room is easy to find, very clean, when contacting the owner, he is always there, good communication, there was a small episode in the middle, the friend's watch was forgotten in the room, the owner was enthusiastic to help communicate, and finally we found the watch left in the corner, really thank you very much!
There is no problem, although the sound insulation of the house is not good, you can fully appreciate the customs of old Shanghai.

Comfortable and pleasant.
The location is really good, about 3 minutes away from the subway station, there are also shared bicycles at the entrance of the community, and there are a lot of food nearby. The metro station is on lines 1, 2 and 8, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The landlord was very nice and responded in a timely manner, and any problems could be dealt with in a timely manner. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Shanghai. Great trip to Shanghai!
It would be better if the washing machine had a drying function.
