    ممتازة جدا

    الفندق لاشك من الفنادق الراقية والنظيفة لكن مايميز هذا الفندق عن باقى فنادق كولومبو ارتباطه مباشرة بالمول وهذا لاشك يعطى الفندق ميزة فريدة عن باقى الفنادق حيث يجد الزبون متنفس خاصة حين تقلبات الطقس وهطول الامطار

    للاسف لازالت الملاحظة التى سبق لى أن أثرتها عدة مرات وهى ضيق قاعدة الإستقبال بالفندق رغم إتساعها تكون دائما المقاعد المتوفرة مشغولة فكيف يستطيع المسافر القادم للفندق إذا كان معه مرافق كبير السن لايجد له مقعد يستريح فيه حتى إنهاء إجراءات ترتيب الغرفة ، أما الملاحظة الأخرى فهى تتعلق بالمطعم المركزى خاصة وقت الفطور حيث يكون مزدحما جدا نظرا لضيق المساحة رغم توفر قاعات أخرى فى بعض طوابق الفندق دون الإستفادة منها، وهذا لايتناسب مع مكانة الفندق العالمية فأتمنى من إدارة الفندق البحث عن قاعدة أخرى تخصص فقط للفطور حتى يستطيع الضيف الشعور بالراحة والهدوء أثناء تناوله وجبة الفطور بدلا من الإزعاج بالمطعم حاليا ، وعندى ملاحظة أخيرة قبل سفرى إلى كولومبو وأثناء حجز غرفتى طلبت تركيب شطاف بالحمام وجاء الرد أنه متوفر لكن حينما وصلت إلى الغرفة وجدت أن نظام المرحاض هو ارتباط نوع أخر وليس كما طلبت وتم فى الحال تركيب شطاف كما طلبت وأشكر إدارة الفندق على سرعة تلبية الطلب ولكن كان يفضل توفر ذلك قبل الوصول خاصة أننى أرسلت صورة الشطاف المطلوب ارجو أن تهتم إدارة الفندق بملاحظات العملاء ..
