    The best hotel in the world If only I could express how well they treat the guest And the care they take with each guest that stays in the shangri la We love the hotel and would never stay anywhere else in Dubai It such a beautiful hotel but most of all the staff are amazing Excellent location and Incredible management No words can even begin to tell you the quality of service your given as a guest at the Shangri la Dubai

    Feels like home

    We’ve been staying at Shangri-La Dubai for the first time, the hotel and the staff were just incredible. Super suite with interconnecting room for the kids. Great service and attention to detail. Special mention to Mahmud who helped everyone during the situation and came back from home to support clients at the hotel. Thanks to Khodarahm who always has a smile on his face and provided help and advices. Shangri-La Dubai didn’t disappoint and felt like home.

    Outstanding Experience at the Sangri-la Hotel, Dubai

    I’am currently staying at the Shangri-la Hotel in Dubai, and the experience is outstanding. The staff are incredibly kind, and the customer service is top-notch. I especially want to highlight Khodarham, who works at the entrance. He is a wonderful guy, always with a smile, and extremely friendly. He informed us perfectly about everything we needed, and I feel very well taken care of. Without a doubt, I will recommend it 100%.
