we really loved our stay in this hotel, very beautiful and comfortable . Most of the staff here are very nice , specially front office Dilmini and Fb Hiren, jayaesh. we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful gestures in attending us for everything we needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay at Shangri-La Hambantota! I had a wonderful experience during my one-night stay at Shangri-La Hambantota. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free, with a quick check-in and a warm welcome from the friendly and professional team. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. The staff at the reception, restaurants, and buffet areas were all welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well looked after. The buffet was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room service was excellent. The swimming pools, beautifully maintained gardens, and stunning beachfront surroundings made the experience even more special. The views were fantastic, creating a relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for a getaway. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and I would definitely love to return for another stay. We had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La! The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel truly special. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. One of the highlights was the best kids’ buffet area we have ever seen! It was thoughtfully arranged and made the experience extra special for families with children. We truly appreciated the excellent service, supportive team, and warm hospitality. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so memorable. We look forward to coming back again!
