    รร.มาตรฐานระดับ 5 ดาว บริการดีแต่ไม่ติดตามสิ่งที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง

    อาหารเช้าดีมากๆ พนักงานห้องอาหารบริการดี

    รีโมทคอนโทรลชักโครกเสีย แจ้งให้ทางรร.ทราบ ช่างมาดู 2 คนบอกจะซ่อมให้วันรุ่งขึ้นเพราะใช้เวลานานราวๆ 1-2 ชม. พอกลับมาถึงที่พักสรุปไม่ได้มีการซ่อมใดๆนอกจากนี้ยังมีน้ำซีมออกมาจากขอบชักโครก แจ้งทางรร.อีกครั้งได้รับการขอโทษแล้วแจ้งว่าจะส่งช่างมาซ่อมให้ปฏิเสธไปเพราะรุ่งขึ้นจะเช็คเอาท์ออกแล้ว

    We had an unbelievable stay at Shangri La, Nanshan. Everything about this Hotel was world class.

    Loved the location, the breakfast, the wellness center, the interior of the Hotel (lobby, rooms, spa etc) and the friendliness and willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. Special mention to the Concierge Mr Philip Lee and also to the Hotel for upgrading our room for our anniversary. My wife and I are still dreaming about our time there and hope to return one day.

    There is construction next door, but that didn't really affect our stay in any way. Bath towels were a bit small.
