Location is good but poor service

Booked this as thought the shangrila in skardu is decent so this woule be too. Poor customer service, one staff member attending to everything. No one front of house. No working system to confirm the bookings. Not professional at all, had to find someone to assist with basic needs. Random people sleeping on the floor. Wont be staying here again and will go back to raikot sarai.

A great place to stay before travelling up to Fairy Meadow
The staff were lovely, the room was extremely comfortable, and the garden was a little oasis. It's also right next to the jeep station for Fairy Meadows.
