  Handy location to ICON and the beach. Bathroom and pool areas requires some focus and attention.

  The location was good, close to the Icon Shopping mall and close to the beach.

  I really do not like making negative reviews, and for the most part this villa was comfortable - this only needs a couple of small cleaning/maintenance changes for it to be an amazing little villa. We requested early checking of an hour (1-m and not 2pm), however this wasn't available. We thought, that would be ok, we could leave the bags at the villa/reception and go and have lunch and come back when the villa was ready. When we arrived, there was no reception or anyone on the premises, everything was locked. I tried to message the villa number but they did not get back to me until closer to 2pm to advise they had left the key under a stone at the door. We had been lucky that someone cleaning another villa actually did allow us to leave our bags in the villas while it was cleaned- otherwise, we would've been left standing in a laneway for an hour. The room was large and beds quite comfortable, however, the bathroom was just not cleaned adequately and the floor and shower needed a very good scrub as it was grotty with grimy dirt. Behind the bathroom sink, it was quite dirty too and it would've been nice to have had a small bar or soap or liquid soap in the empty dispenser at the sink. The pool area was also different to the pictures - some dead leaves were hanging in the pool and it was not maintained to be of a neat standard. There were a couple of balls left floating in the pool from the previous occupants. The kitchen area was ok, there was a toaster but no kettle to boil water for coffee/tea/dishwashing.

  Parfait pour un sejour en famille

  Tres bon emplacement, dans le centre et proche de la plage. 2 tres grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. La piscine privee.

  Villa vieillissante - l'eau des canalisations s'ecoulent tres lentement (seul point negatif mais aucunement prejudiciable)

  We had a good stay overall however the condition of the property was definitely not reflective of the price we paid.

  The kids loved the private pool. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient. Drinking water dispenser with large water container provided was very handy. I would not stay with kids who can’t swim though as both bedrooms are accessed from outside by the pool. Staff responded to messages promptly.

  The bathrooms were very dirty when we arrived. Thorough cleaning was requested of the bathrooms however only some spots were cleaned that I had specifically photographed. Main bathroom tap was dripping the whole time causing the water pump to prime every minute all night long. This was also pointed out to staff but nothing was done about it. I had to shut off the tap every night to be able to sleep.
