    Location, staff, pool sunsets. Incredible joglo room. Tha arak paradise cocktail.

    The towels. Hard and scratchy. Not enough to ruin the stay, but it did jump out because everything else had so much attention to detail.

    Great setting, good food and very friendly staff! We would certainly come back.

    Fantastic location in the jungle with look at the mountain. Nice rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast (a la carte) and dinner was good. From the hotel you are very close to the nearby waterfalls (walking distance) and with a scooter you can easily reach water temple and rice terraces. Pool is great to relax. Staff was extremely friendly and organized a nice birthday dinner at a very romantic setting including a birthday cake - this was more than se expected - thanks so much to the whole team!

    Everything was fine besides the bathroom could need an update.
