    Weekend Farmstay Breakaway

    We absolutely loved our peaceful weekend farmstay! The beautiful old farmhouse has been decorated with so much attention to detail, keeping its authentic farmhouse charm while adding just the right touch of class and comfort. Our room was light and airy, with a lovely view over the pond, and the whole place has such a tranquil, homely atmosphere. Little touches like the fireplace, electric blanket and delicious rusks made it feel extra cosy, and the huge veranda is the perfect spot to relax with a book and simply enjoy the quiet of the farm. We even got to see a brand-new baby lamb! 🥰 It was also a wonderful base from which to explore the surrounding mountain passes and take a drive into Uniondale. A beautiful, peaceful escape that feels like a genuine farmstay without sacrificing comfort.

    Lovely place but no back up in storm

    Lovely place, very tranquil and scenic

    There was a very bad storm and roof started leaking in most room, had no power or water or cell reception for over 24 hours.

    I had a wonderful stay at Shanzeley Guest House. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the place was very neat and clean. It&

    Everything was great.

    The lighting outside the house in the evenings very poor seeing that it gets very dark at night to sit outside. I would have liked a TV and maybe a hot or cold small tub outside for my kids to enjoy.
