Great location and good value for money
The best thing about Sharden Hotel is its location. Situated in the heart of Old Town, it is within walking distance of many popular attractions. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and souvenir shops. Since the hotel is on a lively street, I expected it to be noisy at night, but surprisingly, it was quiet, and I was able to sleep well. The room was decent for the price and had everything I needed, including towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and slippers. There was also a kettle and a cup in the room, so I could make coffee whenever I wanted. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast for 30 GEL, which I think is reasonably priced, considering that eating at a restaurant outside could cost almost the same for just one or two dishes. I also appreciated that the hotel accepts card payments. This is especially convenient for travellers who prefer not to carry a lot of cash. I would also like to thank the staff for accommodating my request for a room on a lower floor. Since I was travelling alone and had heavy luggage, I really appreciated their consideration.
I don’t have any negative thing to say about my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and the hotel met my expectations for its price.

An amazing stay
The location was perfect, we could visit everything we wanted on foot. There were many shops and great restaurants and cafes right outside. The room was super spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. And the staff was just lovely!

Great location and super lovely stuff!
It's a little bit loud because of the restaurants opposite and next to the hotel. The room is quite small.

Review Title: WARNING: ‼️ Targeted In-Room Cash Theft by Staff & Manager Indifference I am writing this to urgently warn all international travelers, especially solo guests, about a severe security and safety breach at Hotel Sharden. I arrived at this hotel on October 8 around 11:30 PM. Less than a day later, I became a victim of an internal crime ring. On October 9, around 2:00 PM, I returned to my room and noticed that someone had entered without my permission while I was away, as an old cup in my room had been cleaned and moved. Because of this unauthorized entry, I intentionally checked my secure belongings. I discovered that cash totaling 500 Lari and 150 USD had been physically stolen directly out of two separate wallets (including my passport wallet). When I reviewed the hotel's own CCTV security footage, I discovered highly suspicious behavior: a female cleaner entered my private room at 11:59 AM and stayed inside for 8 full minutes holding nothing but a bottle of water, doing nothing else but moving the cup. When I confronted the hotel manager with these exact facts and timestamps, they showed complete and total indifference. Instead of addressing the internal theft or helping a guest, the manager hid behind internal "policies" and shifted the blame onto me. I immediately involved the authorities and have filed a formal criminal complaint with the Crime Investigation Department (CID) / Patrol Police. If you read my review and, like me, you care about the safety of future travelers, please drop a review for this hotel on Google Maps to keep the warning visible. While I am going through the legal process, I know I may not be able to fully rely on local authorities—but I know I can rely on you, my fellow travelers, to help spread awareness. Do not trust this hotel with your safety or your belongings.
