    Unethical billing

I’ve contacted both Booking.com and the property was no response. They charge me $22 that they took out of the credit card hold. When I booked with Booking.com, it gave me a paid phone number. I did not expect an additional $22 amenity fee. This is unfair practice otherwise the hotel was great.
