    Home away from home

    Perfect location right in the middle of Thamel. Everything you need is at walking distance, but because the appartment is situated on a side street its quiet and relaxing. You will have a full rooftop just for yourself, great to enjoy some sun or work if you’re a remote worker like me. Hosts are helpful and will assist you with any issue. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it

    Exceptional

    This is by far the best budget, self sustained stay in Kathmandu. The kitchen is fully functional if you’re willing to buy a few ingredients. The water is hot and there is a smart tv. All facilities at the property work well and the host is happy to help if you need anything during your stay. There is a small balcony as well as a private rooftop all to yourself. It feels very safe in the property as it is tucked down an alley way even though you are a short walk to the main roads in town. There is no shortage of restaurants or grocers in the area. If I come back to KTM, I would definitely choose to stay here again for this price.

    No broom or cleaning products available so it is difficult to keep the house clean after a few days without spending money.

    Comfortable and peaceful place to stay and enjoy your vacation with family and Friends.

    The place was nice and clean. Had internet access, and everything else you can wish for in an apartment. feels like your home away from your home. Host was grateful and polite. A peaceful place to enjoy your vacation.

    Very bad experience, in spite of having a confirmed reservation they refused to provide me a room.

    They don't even have the curtesy to apologize for not giving me a room despite my confirmed reservation. I travelled all the way with my wife who was not keeping well ( assuming my confirmed booking with them) but turned out to be so betraying and disgraceful experience.
