    Great location and quirky comfortable property

    We really enjoyed our stay in Shed End which has loads of character and is in a great location. It is well equipped and we loved the log burner and underfloor heating. Access to the Pennine Way walk on the doorstep was great and the local pub was only a short stroll away. Excellent communication from Jon the host. Will definitely look to return.

    We had to use the gallery bed (in addition to the main bed) and found the mattress was a little uncomfortable and would benefit hugely from a mattress topper, plus the access ladder was quite steep and had no handrail. The lack of a tv in the lounge was a shame and some additional storage for food in the kitchen would be helpful.

    3 nights in Lothersdale

    Beautiful cosy stay in this Old Mill in Lothersdale. Loved everything about the property and Jon the owner kindly showed us around the whole mill and told of his renovation plans. Comfortable bed and good sleep. Fantastic pub on doorstep
