    I am studying wherever I go I need wifi for my work so in the absence of the WIFI spoilt the whole

    direction to pick up the keys were clear and access was clear- Host was very good and prescribed the directions well up to opening of the key box

    Cockroach - big one greeted us as we we enter the room TV not playing well No Wife even though we were given codes and passwords Not even one bottle of welcoming water

    There shouldn't be cleaning costs separate from booking fee it's not fair .......

    It's in a nice quiet location , except that i battled to get there , because the owner was out of reach , he never returned my calls .

    Instructions for location, the room was smelling dirty we had to open wide all windows upon arrival that night . Blanket extremely dirty . I still ask myself wht i was overcharged, on the advert the room is R585 , and i was excited because i needed just one night sleep as i was going for funeral . When i proceeded to pay i noticed when the msg cane that i was charged R1450, i felt scammed , i tried canceling with no success they said the other anount is for cleaning, how is that ny problem? I thing booking.com should remove this king of property because they are ripping off peoples hard earned money , and they don't care to communicate with clients at all ............
