    Too expensive for the quality

    Very close to MOA

    Too many cockroaches. No bin bags available. Mouldy grout especially around the sink in the toilet. Missing sliding glass door in the shower. Lacks proper lighting and electrical sockets are too loose (chargers keep falling off) and too few and located in odd corners. Cooking was a struggle due to dull knife, no chopping board, too few plates and bowls.
