Mit Abstrichen zu empfehlen.
Perfekt für den, der es richtig einsam mag. Bauernhof direkt vor dem Haus. Konnten netterweise schon 14.30 Uhr einchecken, an unserem Regen-Anreisetag ein Segen. Danke dafür noch einmal.
Alles etwas vollgestellt, speziell die Küche. Sofa und Sessel nehmen praktisch jedes Raumgefühl und engen die Bewegungsfreiheit doch stark ein bis hin zum Benutzen mancher Schubladen. Der Küchentisch sehr kleiner Raum mit kaum Platz für drei Stühle. War früher wohl nur Küche, nun aber mit Sofa und Sessel vollgestellt. Wenn es wenigstens ein schönes Sofa gewesen wäre. Das Doppelbett aus unserer Sicht außerordentlich schmal und viel zu weich. Man wurde zu zwei mehrmals wach und spürte jede Bewegung des anderen. Aus unserer Sicht auch ein Manko, dass es nur eine Decke für zwei Personen gibt, Aber das scheint in Schottland öfter anzutreffen. Gutes Bad, nur lässt sich die Tür zum Flur kaum schließen. Coole Terrasse mit Superblick, nur auch hier vollgestellt, diesmal mit großem Badeteich.

Super petit déjeuner, très bon accueil, très calme, chambre charmante et propre, salle de bain spacieuse, facile de se garer sur place et bel environnement

Good option
Quiet, friendly place to stay and to explore Scotland's Western side. Beds were really confortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Owner really helpful and friendly.
