    Pleasant but nothing to rave about

    Room was huge. Breakfast was comprehensive with a range of western and eastern dishes. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from subway station and the enormous Coco Mall. In all, as great location.

    The staff were not great at English and often gave incorrect or misleading information. When we checked in they explained the free laundry service but what we were told was not correct. We also asked on two occasions for locations and directions, and in both instances, and after taxi rides, we found that they were incorrect. Staff lacked training in hospitality so there was no real sense of being welcoming or helpful. Booked a club suite with daily lounge access. The room itself was great, however, the so-called lounge access was nothing more than a few bits of food and warm beer. So disappointing.

    Grote ruime kamers, ruim opgezet en Luxe uitstraling

    Personeel sprak geen engels, maar dat is wel te ondervangen met translate apps.
