    Never stay at this miserable place, after paying $365/per night one should expect a better service.

    Bed were clean and proper toiletry

    Breakfast buffet was absolute joke especially the with $18 Per person charge. We went in the breakfast are 8:45am We ordered for omelette and waited more 35minutes (no Joke) for it but still no sign of omelette. Finally we left at 9:40am without eating breakfast because we had to meet a party outside at 10;00am. Very bad cafeteria management. Fat dude who pretend to be cafeteria manager had no clue what how poor service was being displayed there. Key point was that there were not a lot of hotel guests in the cafeteria.

    Better than I expected but some repairs were needed.

    I loved the bed. I had a great night's sleep. The pool is nice. I was happy to see a working hot tub.

    No ice machines The hot tub needs reconditioning. The mens locker room had no working shower s. The room I was in 304 had a broken non existent shower head. It was an accessible room so I was concerned if you don't have a shower head extender how would a disabled person be able to use the shower. Per the shower seat is in the back of the bath tub and the water doesn't reach with the normal shower head .
