  We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton — facilities were very nice however value for money was not as great as other resort

  Facilities were beautiful and definitely felt very luxe. Rooms had great amenities and was really nice being right on the beach.

  Some areas of the resort seemed they were laid out with aesthetics more important than function. For example, the adults only pool area — you could only access half of the pool from one side, so if you wanted to sit in one of the lounge chairs towards the back you either had to walk 5 minutes all the way around or squeeze through the garden. Food options were limited if you weren’t on the buffet package, although must admit both the walk in cafe and tatavu restaurant were excellent. Just would have liked more choice.

  Great Resort, relaxing location, friendly staff.

  Resort was lovely and staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the resort was very clean.

  Room set up was disappointing 1. Power for kettle didn’t work so had to be plugged in bathroom. (Request for extension went unheard) 2. Curtains manually needed to be closed but had to reach over tv, fridge, table and chairs. All behind the sheer curtains. I would expect the price per night and being a Sheraton they would be electric. Sounds stupid but was very annoying. Management should spend the night in the room. 3. Housekeepers never left tea, sugar, always had to ask. 4. Water was never replaced each day. 5. Wait staff need significant training in restaurants and poolside. 20-40min wait always for drinks. Ordering my daily coffee I had to request sugar and spoon otherwise I would never get. Waiting for a spoon would mean a 20min delay.

  Kid paradise hotel

  Nice location,very polite staff,very good service.

  The rooms need to get renovated in some details. The breakfast room was often overcrowded! Definitely not an adult only hotel -too many kids of every age give a kindergarten impression.
