Hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. First to Crystal Liu, a smooth check in with support to waive some added services, thanks to Crystal. A special big thank you to both Charles Huang and Jun Shen from the concierge, they gave the best suggestion of nice good food. As locals, they prefer fresh than 预制菜, the series of recommendations were superb good 👍🏼. I am so impressed by Charles who even called the restaurant to notify staff for special attention service to our group. We were so blessed to have met them and also did not Queue for long on these super popular restaurants.
Almost nothing, the location is super good and hotel is very clean.

Mit eins der besten Sheraton
Absolut nichts zu meckern. Zimmer angenehm kühl, da die Klima das macht was sie soll, nämlich kühlen. Frühstück war der Hammer, kenne ich aber auch nicht anders von der Marke Sheraton. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!! Fast direkter Access zur Metro, ist extrem wichtig in China, da die Wege sonst lang werden können und ich spreche aus Erfahrung! Bis zum Flughafen/Bahnhof ordentlich Zeit (+1h) einplanen und/oder Didi nehmen. Pool war eine Wohltat. Fahrstühle sind schnell und ausreichend vorhanden, keine langen Wartezeiten. In der Nähe ein Haufen Möglichkeiten sich zu verpflegen. Man kann einen sehr gepflegten Spaziergang zum Canton Tower machen (ca.40 min). Wasser wird immer aufgefüllt, jeden Tag, ordentliche Menge. Ich gebe volle Punktzahl und empfehle es weiter.
Die Rezeption, wenn Check-in 15:00 Uhr ist, dann möchte ich auch nach einem 16h Flug ins Zimmer und nicht vertröstet werden, das das Zimmer erst 17:00 Uhr bezugsfertig ist! Mit dem nötigen Nachdruck, höflich ohne das jemand sein Gesicht verliert, ging es dann sofort. Dann eben auf ein höherwertiges Zimmer bestehen was fertig ist! Das war aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt!
