    This hotel is a polished turd. You can shine it up as much as you want. But it’s still crap

    Check in was 3:00. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5. They conveniently had an overpriced bar available. Finally got the room and there is a leak and a puddle right in the doorway. Decide to wash up and take a shower. Cold water in the sink doesn’t work and the shower is absolutely scalding. I will never stay at a Sheridan again

    Me and a lot of other people waited three hours for rooms and then were sent to another hotel.

    The staff members were great, but it was hard to overcome the reality that the hotel didn’t have the rooms ready. The location is good too.

    I arrived at 8:45 p.m. with a reservation and there weren’t any rooms ready. The staff told me that people had called in sick so they were way behind. I know the staff couldn’t help that and they did what they could, with great attitudes. Three hours later, they paid to send us to another hotel with a letter.

    great location, needs some love!

    The hotel seemed dated and in need of cosmetic maintenance. Breakfast the first day took forever and ws poor quality. I did not even eat the 2nd day even though I paid for it because it was so poor!
