Hochpreisiges Hotel in Traumlage am Strand
Wunderschöne Lage am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf den Black Rock. Schöne Gartenanlage mit tropischen Pflanzen und Pool, der sich durch die Anlage schlängelt. Verschiedene Gebäude mit maximal 6 Stockwerken. Zwei sehr gute Restaurants: Italienisch und Japanisch mit Show Cooking.
Die kostenlosen Liegen am Pool sind schnell belegt, für "besondere" Plätze muss extra gezahlt werden. Auch die Liegen am Strand kosten über 100 $ für 2 Liegen plus Schirm und vermietet werden sie nur bis 16:00 Uhr, dann werden sie eingesammelt - das ist völlig inakzeptabel für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse! Plastikgeschirr am Clive Dive Grill, leider auch wenn man abends dort sitzt und isst - nicht sehr nachhaltig!

קיבלנו חדר עם נוף ישיר לים לblack rock , הכל היה פשוט מושלם, אומנם החדר אולי מעט בסיסי אבל לא חסר שום דבר וכל מה שמסביב פשוט מטורף החוף של המלון האיזור של הבריכה פשוט לקפוץ מהמיטה לים מלא דברים שהמלון מספק כמו יוגה והכנת שרשראות הוואי

A beautiful resort with excellent food, spotless facilities, and truly exceptional service—we would definitely return.
The service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and willing to help from the moment we arrived. Our original room did not have the partial ocean view we had reserved, so the front desk promptly moved us. When we found the mattresses too soft, the staff changed our room again and even had the housemen reinforce the beds to make us more comfortable. Their patience and dedication alone deserve five stars. The resort was also beautiful, clean, and well organized. The pools were maintained every night, and all the restaurants and the buffet offered excellent food.
The mattresses were much softer than we prefer and were not very comfortable. However, the staff went above and beyond to find a solution for us.

מלון מקסים צוות אדיב ונחמד מאוד אבל היחס של העלות ביחס לתמורה לא שווה
הריזורט נמצא על ה- black rock המפורסם מכוון בריכות וקרבה לרצועת החוף המרכזית מסעדות המלון נהדרות (מלבד ארוחת הבוקר שמוגשת כמזנון בופה שממש לא שווה את עלות המחיר של 50 דולר לאדם!!) אבל יש לקחת בחשבון שהן לא זולות רצועת חוף חלומית
החליפו לנו את החדר פעמיים: פעם אחת כי היה ריח חזק של חומרי ניקוי מהשטיח שגרם לאלרגיה, לאחר מכן המזרון היה שבור בחלקו - אומנם הצוות היה מקסים והחליף לנו את החדרים ללא בעיה ואדיבות רבה ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאוד יקרה ולא שווה את העלות הגבוהה גם ביחס להוואי (50 דולר לאדם לפני טיפ) עלות המלון הייתה מאוד גבוהה ביחס לתמורה שקיבלנו
