We have stayed here many times and the staff is very friendly, the room always clean.
There was a youth soccer tournament in Town and the kids were left unattended in the hotel and were causing problems. More of a parenting issue but management was happy to assist.

Very bad, won't stay here again.
There was nothing that I enjoyed about my stay here.
No A/C in the rooms, water pressure in shower was minimal, elevator issues, reservation issues, housekeeping didn't clean my room after I requested it, no breakfast, had to pay extra for parking, had to listen to the carpets being cleaned on a Saturday, they were changing all the door locks, so I had to deal with someone in my room. Back to the elevator situation, it was a joke. The elevator would barely give people time to get off and no time for people to get on before the doors started closing. Once they started closing, tgere was no stopping the doors. I got my arm stuck in the doors several times trying to stop the doors from closing and had to manually force them open. Then once on the elevator is was a huge pain to get to the floor you wanted. I got stuck in it several times just trying to get to the first floor. The staff was ok, although at the end of the day, I feel like I was discrimated against for being a blue collar worker that decided to try to stay somewhere that I thought was going to be nice. When I had to extend my stay, I was basically told that they usually only cater to owners and high end clientele that know how long they need to stay. If I had know I was going to be treated this, I would have never made reservations here. I checked out and went across the street to the Comfort Inn and have had such a better experience. I will never stay at a Sheraton property again.
