Lovely property so clean and inviting
Extremely clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was all so helpful. The little restaurant served up some delicious meals at reasonable prices
The windows in my room looking out need to be replaced. Other than that the room looked newly remodeled

Incredible Value for Money in Modern, Luxurious-Feeling Accommodations with Excellent Staff!
This place is like stepping back in time 30+ years in terms of a level of service and quality that just isn't really available many places these days. The staff really makes it so. Clearly whoever is running the show knows how to build a culture of excellence - from front desk to management to restaurant / bar to housekeeping. Meanwhile the facilities all feel brand new even though the hotel must be at least 40-50 odd years old. Great renovation with modern touches throughout the accommodations and common areas. Don't miss the BBQ sandwich at the restaurant - one of the best I've had. Also a real happy (2) hour(s) with a great selection of beer and spirits.
Hard to find anything to complain about at the price, but I'll take a swing: * For a 2 person booking 2 coffees and 1 small bottle of water (not enough to make 2 coffees) for a 2 day stay is fairly miserly. Fortunately housekeeping was happy to give extra when we chased them down in the halls. * The fridge was warm on arrival and requires that you press a button inside every 2 hours to keep it cool! Was a pain to try to keep medication sensitive to temperature stable.

Not good for sleeping except with very good ear plugs.
Clean and convenient
Walls are very very thin. Can hear every footfall and word from neighbors, including at 3am. Also, windows are badly sound-proofed so that, even on a high floor, you can hear all the chatter and vehicles of everyone who checks in the front door, often late at night.
