Is this a real Sheraton? Really?

Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. Not worth the trip or the money

A few of the staff on duty were very kind

Most of the staff very inflexible and responding. to requests. There was a shortage of basically everything. Empty food shelves during breakfast, during buffet dinner. Every second item a la carte was not available. Very disappointing
