Nice hotel
Most hotels offer a free breakfast, not here, $23. When I got home I saw a $275 charge on my credit card, definitely not worth it

awful, totally pathetic
It was too expensive... not a single thing was good... read my negative comments..
It was too expensive... the breakfast was stingy, so they cut off hours early enough they can take a break before anyone's awake... 10AM breakfast is too early, sorry we are closed...? Really..? Lazy but not accommodating perhaps. They were slammed with guests checking in, can't answer questions, no staff to help... I really wonder why they charge, demand you pay a resort fee... exactly for what...? Try to get a drink and an uppity bartender who's been working too many hours and is pissed off at the world can't even be polite. This place has many problems. Charge half price and you'll get 2 stars!

Crappy service, close to downtown
Where it was at. It wasn’t too far from downtown.
The fact that the staff were so disrespectful and rude, not only that the manager was very disrespectful. They also tried to double charge me and three out of the four pillows of mine had blood stains on them, and I do have pictures of two of the pillows. They also tried to say that those pillows weren’t theirs and that I brought them with me when all I had was one singular backpack and my face washing bag. There were only two staff that I will give credit to and appreciate his name is Anthony and then there was a younger lady. Don’t know her name, but both of them helped me out so much.
