I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel, and the way they have handled the situation is completely unacceptable. We booked and fully paid for two rooms in advance through Booking.com and Sheraton. However, upon check-in, the hotel asked for credit cards, which is standard procedure, and then proceeded to charge the FULL amount for both rooms AGAIN, on two separate cards. This means we effectively paid THREE TIMES for the exact same stay. How does a hotel like Sheraton make such a basic and serious billing mistake? What makes this even worse is the complete lack of urgency and accountability in resolving the issue. Instead of being proactive, apologizing, and immediately processing the refunds, they have been incredibly slow and unhelpful. This is not a minor inconvenience. We are talking about substantial unauthorized duplicate charges, and the hotel seems to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable service, extremely poor customer support, and a deeply disappointing experience. I expected far better from a hotel operating under the Sheraton rname. I would strongly reconsider staying here again.

    Convenient to Amtrak starion

Very clean pleasant staff. Ciaera was very nice at check in.

I asked for more decaf at night and waited 45 minutes, called again and it came right away. Apparently my first request was never relayed. Woman bringing it up from housekeeping was very nice.

It was a good location to Penn Medicine.

It was very expensive for what you got. One night, nearly $400. No breakfast included.
