    Nice room, easy parking

Rated lower, as they clearly oversold and sent our reservation on the first night to a hotel more than 10 miles away. Then we had to return to Sheraton on second night. That being said, the room at the other hotel was nice, but it was an inconvenience

    The room itself was clean

-Third floor is not as up-to date and as classy as the rest of the floors - The bottom lock to the room had a faulty lock. Which left the door unable to lock fully - The coffee table closest to the door had some kind of paint or wood chipping on it -The bathroom was missing a close up mirror -There is also no ice machine on the third floor. Which means guest would have to travel to a different floor. - There was even a difference between lighting across the different floors. There were several noticeable difference between the floors between the multiple times that I have stayed at this hotel. Some of the difference also pose a risk to those who might be traveling by themselves. For the money that was spent, and the lack of consistency. I unfortunately will not be staying at this location again
