The room was comfortable and breakfast was very tasty. The lobby was beautiful. I didn't have a chance to see the pool or fitness center.
The hallway had crackers on the floor that was there all night and most of Saturday morning.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel, under Booking #6925627000. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely uncomfortable and stressful, particularly because we were staying at the hotel for an important and emotional reason. My son was scheduled to report to MEPS early the following morning because he is preparing to ship out for the Army. Because of this, our family needed to get a good night's rest and be up early so that we could be prepared and arrive at MEPS on time. Unfortunately, our room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. At approximately 9:00 PM, we contacted the front desk to report the issue. We explained that the room was extremely hot and that we were unable to comfortably stay in the room. We were told that someone would be sent to our room to inspect the problem and address it. We waited patiently, expecting someone to arrive within a reasonable amount of time. However, approximately an hour and a half passed before anyone came to our room. This meant that we were left in an excessively hot room for a significant amount of time after already notifying hotel staff about the problem. By the time someone finally came to address the issue, it was already very late. We were eventually moved to another room at approximately 11:00 PM. At that point, we were exhausted. We had to gather our belongings, move to another room, and get settled, all while knowing that we had to wake up very early the next morning for MEPS. Once we finally got into the new room, we went to sleep immediately because we desperately needed the limited amount of rest we had left. Unfortunately, when we woke up the next morning, we were drenched in sweat because the replacement room was also extremely hot. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
