    I like that ot was close to universal

    That the first night we was there the shower plugged and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Then one of the elevators didn't didnt want to open the doors to let us off and we went up and down a few times.

    The Hilton next door is way better

    Close to Universal

    Very small old rooms , no existent room service ( we asked for towels, and they never brought) . Because they already charge 20% gratuity the service is really bad .

    Location and shuttle to Universal studios

    Room. Was small, had 3 people and the pull out couch was too small. Room was very cramped. Not great lighting.
