    A great stay with excellent location!

    Communication was great throughout. Although we couldn’t check in at our preferred time due to a technical issue, the staff took care of our luggage and asked us to return around 7pm. They were very apologetic and kindly upgraded us as a gesture, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience—the location was excellent and within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit. We’d happily stay here again.

    There was some noise from a neighbouring room or upstairs for a couple of nights during our 7-night stay, which occasionally woke us up. It was likely just a matter of luck, as some guests can be noisier than others. Once they left, everything was peaceful and excellent again.

    Safe and spacious, but it needs improvement and renovation.

    Spacious and comfortable apartment. The bathroom has a bidet spray, which is a great plus, and the kitchen is well-equipped with most essentials.

    What I didn’t like was the poor cleanliness and very slow service. The room was extremely hot during summer and needs proper air conditioning. The furniture is old, and there was a strong smell in the corridors. We also found a lot of dust under the bed. The toilet was faulty and kept running water. Overall, the property needs renovation and better maintenance.
