    Leider hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen sehr enttäuscht.

    Housekeeping Personal war ausgesprochen Nett und zuvorkommend. Gratis Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Getränken. Bademantel werden bereit gestellt.

    Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Vieles war defekt oder verrostet; darunter die Dusche war zu Beginn defekt, die Kühlschranktür viel immer wieder ab, der Nachtvorhang welcher viel zu kurz ist und so viel Licht ins Zimmer lässt, der Lavabo-Hebel, die schiefe Garderobenschrank-Tür, die Terrassentür welche fast nicht zum schliessen war. Nicht zumutbar waren die beiden Matratzen, von welchen bei jeder Drehung Metallgeräusche hörbar waren (von den Federn?) Hellhörigkeit: Das Schlimmste war die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers. Man hört jedes einzelne Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern, selbst das schnarchen einer Person haben wir mitbekommen. Ganz geschweige von der Aussenmusik von welcher man beschallt wird. Upgrade-Falle: Fallt nicht auf den Upgrade-Trick rein! Es wirkt, als werden bewusst zuerst schlechte Zimmer vergeben, um direkt ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade anzubieten. Wir sind darauf hineingefallen und haben es bitter bereut. Essen: Das Essen war meistens kalt (ausser es wurde eben frisch nachgefüllt), geschmacklich leider fade und trotz angekündigter Themenabende fast jeden Tag dasselbe, abgesehen von kleinen Variationen. Strand: Sehr laut, da ständig Motorboote / Jetski (für die diversen Wassersportarten) mit sehr lauter Musik anlegen und wieder abfahren. Durch diese Motorboote ist auch der Schwimmbereich stark eingeschränkt. Leider wurde auf unsere Reklamation nicht eingegangen und nur darauf vertröstet das dies ans Management weiter gegeben wird.
