Great location and facilities, but poor service and lack of support made our stay disappointing.
Amazing location, good buffet food, fun animation, a nice beach, and good sports facilities, especially paddle activities.
The staff were often unfriendly and not very helpful. The food at the restaurants not included in the package was disappointing. Some guests were rude and drunk, and the public toilets were very dirty. Unfortunately, we also got food poisoning during our stay, and nobody seemed willing to help us.

Highly recommended
The hotel location is great, hotel has own beach, the architecture and green areas are really nice ( with small kids it helps to avoid the sun). A lot of snacks areas, aqua park, coffeehouses, spa with hamam, fitness, shops ) really good entertainment program ( for kids and for adults. I would recommend to try massage ( my master was great !) and jet ski ( the team there is really nice). Also hotel has sport program ( but come 10 mins before to take place!). Than really good team at the lobby bar 🫶🏻 , pool bar, girls from patisserie. The staff is polite, friendly and doesn’t try to push anything on you.
This isn't a negative point, but I would recommend digitizing the entertainment program, schedule, and map. And also come with small bills to let it for cleaning service (😉).

Excellent for both relaxed and active recreation
Incredible location within the forest by the sea surrounded by mountains, big territory with big variety of vegetation (and feline fauna!). Amenities including water slides, tennis and padel courts, gym, spa and more makes it perfect for active retreat. Great choice of food and drinks in numerous restaurants.
Staff: it felt that the hotel was half-full with people, nevertheless it felt like staff (reception, waiters, housekeeping) had hard time keeping up with the service. Food: Great variety overall, might feel repetitive sometimes. Lack of protein heavy meals for breakfast (mainly eggs). Sports: Brand new padel court, acceptable tennis court, would highly recommend bringing your own racquets and balls for professional experience. Even though there are plenty of equipment for cardio and isolation exercises, there are max 25 kg dumbbells and no more than 90 kg for smith, what somewhat limits the exercise variety.
