Too good for my vaccation :)

Too perfect for my vacation. Excellent location, bon odori and the 9 onsen just behind the hotel. Mr driver and the front staff team, dining team and housekeeping team are all excellent. Very personalised services that beyond my expectations. I really appreciate their time, sincerity and kindness towards us. Thank you shibu hotel team. :)

Of course there's nothing that I dislike. Everything is well.

The sraff was incredible. Very nice, professional and kind. The onen experience both on site and in town was amazing. The hotel staff explained the appropriate way to use the onsens and even helped my husband dress properly. They drove us to the monkey park after calling and getting an update on whether the monkeys were in the park that morning. Would go back again. There was a small sushi reataurant next door ( Family type of place) we enjoyed our meal and the hospitality of the owners.
