    Une expérience sympathique

    Nous avons adoré l'expérience avec le kaiseki et le service à table. Les serveuses étaient adorables. Les onsens sont magnifiques.

    Malheureusement sinon l'expérience est assez impersonnelle. L'accueil était plutôt froid, les Yukata étaient simples et pas très beaux par rapport à ceux d'autres ryokans vu dans la rue ( le mien était un peu troué à certains endroits). Aucune explication de comment mettre sa ceinture Yukata etc. Nous avons dû demander pour avoir des Getas, car il proposait des chaussures en plastique. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans une usine à touristes. Mais je pense que nous sommes exigeants par rapport aux tarifs de l'établissement. Nous voulions fêter quelque chose ce soir-là et l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous aider ( ce n'est pas grave mais pas très arrangeant de leur part ).

    Great staff, super friendly and helpful, private onsen were incredibly nice, the food was absolutely amazing!

    Be prepared for lots of stairs, sound can travel easily so if other guests are noisy you will easily hear.

    Great facilities and most of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

    We arrived at 2.30pm and they made us wait until exactly 3pm to check in. No big deal, but not the most friendly welcome.

    Great location with lovely staff

    Overall property was a bit ‘tired’. It needs some investment to bring it up to 4* standard.
