    ・ロフト階段が危ない設計になっている。 ・シャンプー、歯ブラシなどの洗面用具が一切ない。スリッパーもない。 ・暗い（照明も薄暗い） ・清潔度について疑問を持たせる。既存備品が破損（階段の後ろの収納にある化粧鏡）したり、汚れ（フォーク）が付いたりする。スリッパーがないにも関わらず、床がとても綺麗には見えない。
