    私密性很好（因为周围都是房子紧密围绕） 位置离地铁站很近，但是离梅田还有1站地铁要走20分钟；

    房间采光几乎没有，需要开灯（阳光没法直射进入） 冬天很冷，需要一直开着空调才行；每天为保证安全关掉空调，晚上回来后需要开空调很久才能缓过来；但是空调的热气没办法进入洗手间！洗手间和浴室一直很冷。 床品虽然都是白色但是清洁度很不好。床单和被罩虽然清洁过但是能看出是用了很久没有焕新；枕头也非常软不舒服。
