Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, die Ausstattung ideal und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber einwandfrei! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Abschied fiel uns schwer!

Correct, mais éloigné et assez spartiate
Une petite maison sympathique, mais assez loin du centre de Kyôtô (5 stations de train), et à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare. Le quartier est calme même si parfois on peut entendre 1 ou 2 véhicules démarrer ou passer devant la maison. Attention à Google Maps qui a tendance à faire passer par des petits chemins de gravillons pour aller plus vite, mais désastreux quand on a une valise à déplacer. Préférez les chemins goudronnés. Ma plus grosse critique : nous avons réservé pour 3, mais seuls 2 futons étaient installés, et nous avons du chercher et installer le 3ème futon nous-mêmes, sans aide et… sans draps ! Par ailleurs, les futons n'étaient pas très épais et le tatami vite ressenti… Mais malgré tout aucune gêne ou mal de dos au réveil. Une notice en anglais pour la machine à laver aurait été un plus.

Amenities were good. Would appreciate a dryer as well to reduce time spent on laundry.
The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and dim with no lights in the evening. It’s also difficult to bring the luggage back and forth due to the nature of the pavements.

Good choice for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of authentic Japan
Clean, cozy, authentic accommodation in a quiet area with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's easy to find with google maps, but the nearest station is about 15 minutes away.
Poor wifi connection - we couldn’t even use wifi and used mobile internet
