    雖然語言不通，但每個工作人員都會盡力用各種方式，再三確認各種事情，他們甚至拿出手機用中文、英文溝通，在日本努力做這件事情的旅館很少見。大廳有養魚，員工一直拿飼料給小孩餵魚。這裡餐食水準也非常高，看起來沒有團客，相對安靜舒服。
