丁寧な対応でした。中居さんは，外国の方でしたが上手な日本語で丁寧な接客態度で良かったです。部屋風呂温泉♨️スベスベになりました。食事もご飯が美味しかった‼️和食でお米炊き立て美味しい😋
高齢の両親を連れて行くのにエレベーター🛗なしの宿を選んでしまった事。

A fantastic cultural experience
We had a private Onsen room and it was superb. The food was very traditional and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating

Incredible traditional onsen experience
Stayed in the big 4 people room with private onsen. Hotel is small, charming, clean, traditional. Great staff, great kaiseki food experience. Charming small village. You can sleep with the river outside.

Great inn in a small town. Glad we stayed here
The hotel located next to Shima River; where you can hear the nature sound. Staffs were very nice and helped us from check in to check out. Very clean facility.
Just the smell in the room when we got into our room. Once we open the windows and AC, the smell gone and we kind of adapted to it.
