  有一点瑕疵，就是进卫生间的门框有些低，我们一位先生一天要2-3次碰脑袋。希望包一块海绵或毛巾会好一些。呵呵🙂

  Review: Terrible Experience – Completely Unlivable Apartment! ​Our stay at this apartment in Osaka was extremely disappointing and genuinely impacted our trip. The apartment is simply not fit for habitation in its current condition, and we strongly recommend staying away to avoid ruining your visit to Japan. ​Here are the major issues we experienced during our 4-night stay (party of 6): ​Unbearable Spring Mattresses: The mattresses are extremely noisy with every small movement or sitting position, making sleep impossible. Worse yet, the springs protrude, and you can physically feel them digging into your body, causing pain all over. ​No Hot Water: Throughout our entire stay, there was no hot water, making it impossible to take a shower. Every time we turned on the hot water, the heater displayed an error code and malfunctioned. ​Extreme Lack of Basic Supplies: For 6 people over 4 nights, we were provided with a single roll of toilet paper—an absurd amount that wouldn't even last a single day for one person, let alone the entire stay. ​Dangerous Bathroom Design: Entering the bathroom requires stepping over a large step, and the doorway is extremely low (about 1.60 meters / 5 feet 3 inches), meaning almost anyone entering is bound to take a hard hit to the head. ​Loud Metal Entry Door: The front door is made of metal, and every time it opens or closes, it slams with a force so loud it shakes the entire building. ​Host Service and Response: We contacted the host and received plenty of nice words and apologies, but at the end of the day—zero action. They wanted to check the hot water issue while we were out, but naturally, we did not agree to let them enter the apartment while we weren't there. Instead of making the effort to come after we returned to the apartment, they did nothing. As a result, we spent 4 nights without hot water, without toilet paper, and with broken spring mattresses that caused us physical pain and robbed us of sleep.
