    Good apartment near Shin-Osaka station

    Good location, have to walk a little from Shin-Osaka station, but it's nothing crazy, very do-able with baggages. There's also lift to the apartment which I appreciate. There's also a convenience store nearby.

    The primary issue encountered during our stay was the lack of effective communication with the accommodation provider and the inadequate response to a maintenance problem. The toilets at the property became clogged, and although we eventually managed to reach the staff, the issue was not addressed promptly. The team that arrived the following day did not resolve the problem, and a qualified technician was only scheduled to arrive four days later. Due to this delay, we were compelled to rent an alternative venue. While we were offered access to restrooms located on the first floor of the building, this solution was impractical at list for one of us . In addition to the inconvenience, they demanded financial compensation from us, despite the fact that the facilities were unusable .
