Excellent location
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel upgraded room which I appreciated but unfortunately I was given a room facing the street, and it was so noisy that it was hard to sleep. Luckily, I had earplugs with me. The breakfast selection was also quite limited. Overall, It was excellent location, the staff were lovely and the room was clean, but the noise was a big downside.

Lo que mas nos gustó fue el personal del hotel. Kaycee nos ayudó con el transfer para ir a sapa, con los restaurantes y con todo! Ademas nos dejaron dejar las maletas para ir a halong bay. Y al volver pudimos darnos una ducha. Muy recomendarle, un hotel fantástico y el personal aun mas!
Nada todo perfecto!
